  1.2             relating to elections; campaign finance; requiring a 
  1.3             political party that issues political contribution 
  1.4             refund receipts to adopt its party rules under the 
  1.5             administrative procedures act; proposing coding for 
  1.6             new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 202A. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  [202A.73] [POLITICAL PARTY RULES; POLITICAL 
  1.9   CONTRIBUTION REFUND PROGRAM.] 
  1.10     A political party that issues official refund receipt forms 
  1.11  under section 290.06, subdivision 23, must adopt its rules for 
  1.12  precinct caucuses, party conventions, national delegate 
  1.13  selection, and platform adoption under the rulemaking provisions 
  1.14  of chapter 14.
