BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

123B.80, on June 30, 2005, Independent School District No. 418,
Russell, may transfer up to $50,000 from its reserved capital
accounts in its general fund to its undesignated fund balance.
