  1.4             Statutes, sections 116J.551 to 116J.558. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $15,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of trade and economic development for grants under 
  1.9   Minnesota Statutes, sections 116J.551 to 116J.558.  This 
  1.10  appropriation is available until expended.
