A bill for an act
relating to agriculture; prohibiting registration of pesticides containing a
perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substance; proposing coding for new law in
Minnesota Statutes, chapter 18B.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The commissioner must not register under section 18B.26 a pesticide product that contains
a perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substance as an inert ingredient or other intentionally
added substance.
