relating to cultural heritage; appropriating money for purposes of Farmamerica.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FARMAMERICA.

new text begin $435,000 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2010, to the Minnesota Historical Society for a grant to Farmamerica in
Waseca for acquisition and development of cultural heritage exhibits and maintenance and
restoration of facilities housing exhibits. The appropriation is available until expended.
