A bill for an act
 relating to municipal power agencies; requiring municipal power agencies to
comply with the data practices act and open meeting law; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2014, section 453.54, by adding subdivisions.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 453.54, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:
