  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to community development; continuing the base 
  1.3             funding for the center for rural policy and 
  1.4             development; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [RURAL POLICY AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER.] 
  1.7      $250,000 is appropriated in each year of the biennium to 
  1.8   the commissioner of trade and economic development for grants to 
  1.9   the board of the rural policy and development center for the 
  1.10  administration and operation of the center.
