  1.2             relating to education; providing for a fund transfer 
  1.3             for independent school district No. 482, Little Falls. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; LITTLE FALLS.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 121.912, 
  1.7   subdivision 1; and 124A.03, subdivision 2, in fiscal years 1996 
  1.8   through 2005, independent school district No. 482, Little Falls, 
  1.9   may transfer up to $233 per actual pupil unit per year from its 
  1.10  general fund to its capital expenditure fund.
