A bill for an act
 relating to employment; extending the amount of hours per day a minor under the
age of 16 is allowed to work; amending Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 181A.04,
subdivision 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 181A.04, subdivision 3, is amended to read:


Subd. 3.

Time of day, under 16.

No minor under the age of 16 shall be permitted to
