1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. MINNESOTA VETERINARY DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY.
1.6$1,250,000 is appropriated from the general fund in each of fiscal years 2010 and
1.72011 to the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota for the Minnesota Veterinary
1.8Diagnostic Laboratory. This appropriation is in addition to the allocation of state general
1.9fund appropriations for the laboratory in each year of the 2010-2011 biennium that cannot
1.10be less in the 2010-2011 biennium than the allocation for the laboratory in each year of
1.11the 2008-2009 biennium.
