BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; LOCAL PUBLIC HEALTH GRANTS.

$12,870,432 in fiscal year 2016 and $12,870,432 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of health for local public health grants under
Minnesota Statutes, section 145A.131. This is an ongoing appropriation and shall be
added to the base.
