A bill for an act
relating to agriculture; appropriating money for
certain alternative livestock production programs.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; ALTERNATIVE LIVESTOCK
PROGRAMS.

$200,000 in fiscal year 2006 and $200,000 in fiscal year
2007 are appropriated from the general fund to the University of
Minnesota for use by the Minnesota Institute for Sustainable
Agriculture in support of the Alternative Swine Task Force and
for development of alternative dairy and other livestock
programs.
