A bill for an act
relating to lawful gambling; allowing licensed
organizations to permit employees of lessors to
purchase pull-tabs on the leased premises.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin LAWFUL GAMBLING RULES; EMPLOYEES.

new text begin The Gambling Control Board shall amend Minnesota Rules,
part 7861.0060, subpart 2, item F, to allow organizations to
permit the employees of a lessor, who do not participate in the
conduct of lawful gambling, to purchase pull-tabs from the
organization on the leased premises, unless the lessor prohibits
such purchases.

Statutes, section 14.388, and is effective upon publication in
the State Register until further amended or repealed.
