local recreation grants; amending Minnesota Statutes
2004, section 85.019, subdivision 1.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 85.019,
subdivision 1, is amended to read:
Subdivision 1.
Definition.
For purposes of this section,
"unit of government" means a county, statutory or home rule
charter city, deleted text begin or deleted text end townnew text begin , or public school as defined under section
120A.20new text end .
