  1.2             relating to crime prevention; providing an exception 
  1.3             to the prohibition on concealing identity; amending 
  1.4             Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 609.735. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 609.735, is 
  1.7   amended to read: 
  1.8      609.735 [CONCEALING IDENTITY.] 
  1.9      A person whose identity is concealed by the person in a 
  1.10  public place by means of a robe, mask, or other disguise, unless 
  1.11  based on religious beliefs, cultural practices, or incidental to 
  1.12  amusement or entertainment, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
