BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM FACILITIES; WORTHINGTON.

the facilities provided for its residential program under Laws
1994, chapter 643, section 14, subdivision 8, as amended by Laws
1995, chapter 76, to a private business or organization to
provide residential program services.
