  1.2             relating to education; authorizing a fund transfer for 
  1.3             the Oklee school district. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [OKLEE; FUND TRANSFER.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.53, on 
  1.7   June 30, 1999, independent school district No. 627, Oklee, may 
  1.8   permanently transfer the balance from its debt service fund to 
  1.9   the general fund. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective June 30, 1999.
