relating to finance; appropriating money for the Walker Area Community Center.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin WALKER AREA COMMUNITY CENTER APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $650,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of employment
and economic development for a grant to the Walker Area Community Center, Inc., to
construct, furnish, and equip the Walker Area Community Center. This appropriation is
not available until the commissioner has determined that at least an equal amount has been
committed from nonstate sources.
