  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [NORTH ST. PAUL-MAPLEWOOD-OAKDALE ALTERNATIVE 
  1.8   FACILITIES BONDING AND LEVY PROGRAM.] 
  1.9      Independent school district No. 622, North St. 
  1.10  Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale, is eligible for the alternative 
  1.11  facilities bonding and levy program under Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.12  section 123B.59, for the purposes of financing a school facility 
  1.13  in the district.
