relating to taxation; property taxes; extending sunset
of emergency medical services special taxing
districts; amending Laws 2001, First Special Session
chapter 5, article 3, section 8.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Laws 2001, First Special Session chapter 5,
article 3, section 8, the effective date, is amended to read:
