A bill for an act
relating to education; authorizing a fund transfer for Independent School District
No. 2884, Red Rock Central.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. FUND TRANSFER; RED ROCK CENTRAL.
Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79 or 123B.80, on June 30, 2007,
Independent School District No. 2884, Red Rock Central, may permanently transfer up to
$81,000 from its reserved for disability accessibility account to its undesignated general
fund balance without making a levy reduction.
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This section is effective the day following final enactment.
