  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION.] 
  1.8      The commissioner of transportation shall include in the 
  1.9   next revision of the statewide transportation plan and the state 
  1.10  transportation improvement program reconstruction of trunk 
  1.11  highway marked No. 12 as a four-lane divided highway between its 
  1.12  intersection with the city of Delano and its intersection with 
  1.13  the city of Wayzata.
