  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the Sauk river watershed district; 
  1.3             authorizing a levy for its administrative fund. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [SAUK RIVER WATERSHED DISTRICT.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 103D.905, 
  1.7   subdivision 3, the Sauk river watershed district may annually 
  1.8   levy up to $200,000 for its administrative fund for taxes 
  1.9   payable in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
