relating to animal feedlots; extending the deadline for open lot agreements;
proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 116.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[116.0718] OPEN LOT AGREEMENTS.

A person who owns a feedlot capable of holding no more than 300 animal units
and who entered into an open lot agreement with the commissioner has until October 1,
2020, to complete final corrective measures.
