  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the environment; appropriating money for 
  1.3             water pollution control. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; PUBLIC FACILITIES AUTHORITY.] 
  1.6      $30,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   public facilities authority for supplemental assistance to 
  1.8   municipalities under Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.072.  This 
  1.9   appropriation is available until spent. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     This act is effective on the day following final enactment.
