relating to transportation; appropriating money for
transit service in Otter Tail County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; OTTER TAIL COUNTY TRANSIT
SERVICE.

new text begin $895,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of transportation for fiscal year 2006. The
commissioner shall spend this appropriation as operating
assistance in fiscal year 2006 to Productive Alternatives, Inc.,
for public transit service in Otter Tail County.

new text begin All provisions of Minnesota Statutes, section 174.22, not
inconsistent with this section apply to operating assistance
provided under this section.
