  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to game and fish; modifying definition of 
  1.3             agricultural land for purposes of hunting trespass 
  1.4             restrictions; amending Minnesota Statutes 2000, 
  1.5             section 97B.001, subdivision 1. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 97B.001, 
  1.8   subdivision 1, is amended to read: 
  1.9      Subdivision 1.  [AGRICULTURAL LAND DEFINITION.] For 
  1.10  purposes of this section, "agricultural land" means land: 
  1.11     (1) that is plowed or tilled; 
  1.12     (2) that has standing crops or crop residues; or 
  1.13     (3) within a maintained fence for enclosing domestic 
  1.14  livestock; or 
  1.15     (4) that is enrolled in a federal or state land, soil, or 
  1.16  wildlife conservation program.
