  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to environment and natural resources; 
  1.3             reinstating the citizens council on Voyageurs National 
  1.4             Park; appropriating money; amending Laws 2002, chapter 
  1.5             298, section 8. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; CITIZENS COUNCIL ON VOYAGEURS 
  1.8   NATIONAL PARK.] 
  1.9      $150,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.10  commissioner of administration for the citizens council on 
  1.11  Voyageurs National Park, under Minnesota Statutes, section 
  1.12  84B.11, for the biennium ending June 30, 2005. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  Laws 2002, chapter 298, section 8, is amended to 
  1.14  read: 
  1.15     Sec. 8.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.16     Minnesota Statutes 2000, sections 13.6401, subdivision 3; 
  1.17  and 16B.415, are repealed.  Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 
  1.18  84B.11, is repealed effective July 1, 2003. 
  1.19     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.20  following final enactment.
