1.1 A bill for an act 1.2 relating to liquor; imposing restrictions on certain 1.3 sales practices between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 1.4 1:00 a.m.; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota 1.5 Statutes, chapter 340A. 1.6 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.7 Section 1. [340A.513] [PROMOTIONS; RESTRICTIONS.] 1.8 No licensee may, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 1:00 1.9 a.m.: 1.10 (1) sell, offer to sell, or deliver to any person any 1.11 alcoholic beverages at a price less than the price regularly 1.12 charged for alcoholic beverages in the same calendar week, 1.13 except at private functions not open to the general public; 1.14 (2) sell, offer to sell, or deliver to any person multiple 1.15 servings of alcoholic beverages for a single price, except at 1.16 private functions not open to the general public; or 1.17 (3) increase the volume or percentage of alcohol in a mixed 1.18 alcoholic beverage without proportionately increasing the price 1.19 charged for the beverage.
