relating to natural resources; appropriating money for design and engineering for
restoration of Lake Zumbro.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$350,000 in fiscal year 2008 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for an agreement with Olmsted and Wabasha Counties
to design and engineer the restoration of Lake Zumbro. This is a onetime appropriation
and is available until June 30, 2009.
