BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$25,100,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $25,100,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated
from the general fund to the Department of Education for Head Start programs under
Minnesota Statutes, section 119A.52.
