  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing the city of St. Paul 
  1.3             to issue temporary intoxicating liquor licenses to 
  1.4             Macalester college. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [CITY OF ST. PAUL; LICENSES AUTHORIZED.] 
  1.7      The city of St. Paul may issue temporary intoxicating 
  1.8   liquor licenses under Minnesota Statutes, section 340A.404, 
  1.9   subdivision 10, to Macalester college for the Macalester 
  1.10  Scottish fair and for the annual alumni reunion weekend without 
  1.11  regard to the limitation in Minnesota Statutes, section 
  1.12  340A.410, subdivision 10, paragraph (b). 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.14     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
