  1.2             relating to the environment; appropriating money for 
  1.3             waste management purposes. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2000 from the 
  1.7   general fund to the office of environmental assistance to make a 
  1.8   grant to the Mar-Kit Landfill Joint Powers Board for the 
  1.9   purposes of waste processing and recycling.
