  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to state lands; requiring the sale of certain 
  1.3             school trust lands bordering public waters in St. 
  1.4             Louis county. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [SALE OF STATE LAND IN ST. LOUIS COUNTY.] 
  1.7      (a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 92.45, the 
  1.8   commissioner of natural resources shall sell the school trust 
  1.9   land bordering public waters described in paragraph (b) in 
  1.10  accordance with the procedures in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 
  1.11  92, for sale of school trust lands. 
  1.12     (b) The land to be sold is located in St. Louis county and 
  1.13  is described as:  Lot 1, Block 2, Perch Lake Homesite Addition, 
  1.14  according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the 
  1.15  office of the county recorder. 
  1.16     Sec 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.17     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
