A bill for an act
relating to highways; designating Trunk Highway 10
bridge between Moorhead and Fargo as Veterans Memorial
Bridge; amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, section
161.14, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 161.14, is
amended by adding a subdivision to read:

new text begin The interstate
bridge on marked Trunk Highway 10 connecting the city of
Moorhead with the city of Fargo, North Dakota, is named and
designated as the Veterans Memorial Bridge. The commissioner of
transportation shall adopt a suitable marking design to mark
this bridge and erect appropriate signs, subject to section
161.139.
