relating to commerce; regulating sales of American
flags and related items; proposing coding for new law
in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 325E.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[325E.60] SALE OF AMERICAN FLAGS.

No person may sell or offer for sale in this state an
American flag or a novelty or other item containing a
representation of the American flag unless the flag or item is
manufactured in the United States of America.
