21st century fund to restore previously unallotted money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MINNESOTA MINERALS 21ST CENTURY FUND; UNALLOTMENT
RESTORED.

new text begin $56,230,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota minerals
21st century fund created in Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.423 to restore the money
unallotted by the commissioner of finance in 2003 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section
16A.152. This appropriation may be used as provided in Minnesota Statutes, section
116J.423, subdivision 2. This appropriation is available until expended.
