  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to Ramsey county; providing for election of 
  1.3             soil and water conservation district supervisors by 
  1.4             only the voters in supervisor districts for which 
  1.5             candidates are nominated; proposing coding for new law 
  1.6             in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 383A. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  [383A.60] [SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT 
  1.9   SUPERVISOR ELECTIONS.] 
  1.10     Notwithstanding section 103C.311, paragraph (c), in Ramsey 
  1.11  county a candidate for supervisor nominated from a supervisor 
  1.12  district must be included on election ballots only in the 
  1.13  supervisor district for which the candidate has been nominated.
