  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to conservation; changing the definition of 
  1.3             windbreak; amending Minnesota Statutes 1996, section 
  1.4             103F.511, subdivision 11.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:  
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1996, section 103F.511, 
  1.7   subdivision 11, is amended to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 11.  [WINDBREAK.] "Windbreak" means a strip or belt 
  1.9   of trees, shrubs, or grass barriers at least six two rows deep 
  1.10  and within 300 1,320 feet of the right-of-way of a highway.
