A bill for an act
 relating to education; authorizing school districts to
levy for technology and transportation; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 126C.40, by adding
subdivisions.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 126C.40, is
amended by adding a subdivision to read:

$30 per adjusted marginal cost pupil unit for technology use in
the district.

amended by adding a subdivision to read:
