  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; authorizing changes in 
  1.3             maximum rates of reimbursement for certain home care 
  1.4             services provided in Anoka county; amending Minnesota 
  1.5             Statutes 1994, sections 256B.0913, by adding a 
  1.6             subdivision; and 256B.0915, by adding a subdivision. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 256B.0913, is 
  1.9   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.10     Subd. 15.  [REIMBURSEMENT RATE; ANOKA COUNTY.] 
  1.11  Notwithstanding subdivision 14, paragraph (e), or any other law 
  1.12  to the contrary, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1995, and 
  1.13  thereafter, Anoka county may pay vendors, and the commissioner 
  1.14  shall reimburse the county, for actual costs up to the maximum 
  1.15  allowed state rate for home health aide and homemaker services. 
  1.16     Sec. 2.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 256B.0915, is 
  1.17  amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.18     Subd. 3a.  [REIMBURSEMENT RATE; ANOKA COUNTY.] 
  1.19  Notwithstanding subdivision 3, paragraph (h), or any other law 
  1.20  to the contrary, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1995, and 
  1.21  thereafter, Anoka county may pay vendors, and the commissioner 
  1.22  shall reimburse the county, for actual costs up to the maximum 
  1.23  allowed state rate for home health aide and homemaker services. 
  1.24     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.25     Sections 1 and 2 are effective July 1, 1995.
