  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to elections; repealing certain changes made 
  1.3             in the definitions of major and minor political 
  1.4             parties; repealing Laws 2003, First Special Session 
  1.5             chapter 9, article 2, sections 41, 42. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.8      The amendments to Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 200.02, 
  1.9   subdivisions 7 and 23, made by Laws 2003, First Special Session 
  1.10  chapter 9, article 2, sections 41 and 42, if enacted, are 
  1.11  repealed and of no effect. 
  1.12     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.13  following final enactment.
