relating to appropriations; appropriating money for completion of Heritage
Village Park in Inver Grove Heights.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$4,000,000 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the Metropolitan
Council for a grant to the city of Inver Grove Heights to acquire, remediate, and develop
Heritage Village Park along the Mississippi River.
