  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to intoxicating liquor; authorizing the 
  1.3             Stearns county board to issue an intoxicating liquor 
  1.4             license. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [STEARNS COUNTY; ON-SALE LICENSE.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 340A.412, 
  1.8   subdivision 4, paragraph (a), clause (9), or any local law or 
  1.9   charter provision, the Stearns county board may issue one 
  1.10  combination off-sale and on-sale intoxicating liquor license to 
  1.11  a premises located in Farming township.  The license is subject 
  1.12  to all provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, not 
  1.13  inconsistent with this section. 
  1.14     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.15     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
