A bill for an act
relating to state government; providing an exemption for religious beliefs for
entities providing certain services; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 15.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Notwithstanding chapter 363A or any law to the contrary, no person, organization, or
entity shall incur a civil or criminal penalty for refusing to provide a service, or refusing to
allow the use of property or facilities for any activity that is prohibited by or is against the
person's, organization's, or entity's sincerely held religious beliefs.
