  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; authorizing state bonds; 
  1.3             appropriating money for wastewater infrastructure 
  1.4             funding for the Green Lake Sanitary Sewer and Water 
  1.5             Project.  
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [WIF FUNDING FOR GREEN LAKE SANITARY SEWER AND 
  1.8   WATER PROJECT.] 
  1.9      Subdivision 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] $....... is appropriated 
  1.10  from the bond proceeds fund to the public facilities authority 
  1.11  for wastewater infrastructure funding under Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.12  section 446A.072, for the Green Lake Sanitary Sewer and Water 
  1.13  Project. 
  1.14     Subd. 2.  [BOND SALE.] To provide the money appropriated by 
  1.15  this section from the bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of 
  1.16  finance, on request of the governor, shall sell and issue bonds 
  1.17  of the state in an amount up to $....... in the manner, on the 
  1.18  terms, and with the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.19  sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, 
  1.20  article XI, sections 4 to 7. 
  1.21     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.22     Section 1 is effective the day after its final enactment.
