  1.3             regulating nonconforming uses; repealing Laws 2001, 
  1.4             chapter 174. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.7      Laws 2001, chapter 174, is repealed and shall not take 
  1.8   effect.
