  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to economic development; authorizing the 
  1.3             board of trustees of the Minnesota state colleges and 
  1.4             universities to accept federal money for construction 
  1.5             of a technology center at Pine technical college. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [PINE TECHNICAL COLLEGE; AUTHORIZATION.] 
  1.8      The board of trustees of the Minnesota state colleges and 
  1.9   universities may accept federal money for and is authorized to 
  1.10  construct an advanced technology center building at Pine 
  1.11  technical college.  The construction of the technology center is 
  1.12  contingent upon the receipt of the federal money.
