A bill for an act
relating to public safety; amending crime of damage to property of critical public
service facility, utility, or pipeline; amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, section
609.594, subdivision 2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 609.594, subdivision 2, is amended to read:


Subd. 2.

Prohibited conduct; penalty.
