BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $37,500 in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the state's recipient of funding
from the Federal and State Technology (FAST) Partnership Program to strengthen the
